Raw Hair Orders
Processing time for raw hair is 7–20 business days before shipping. This extended timeframe is due to our vendor’s hands-on sourcing process and current staffing limitations.
Our raw hair is ethically collected directly from donors in South Asia & Southeast Asia. The vendors typically require 7–14 business days to process the hair. Once it arrives to us, we perform a thorough quality check before shipping to you.

Virgin Hair Orders
Processing time for virgin hair is 3–7 business days before shipping. Virgin hair is kept in stock and undergoes a quick quality check prior to being shipped out.
